Published twice thus far, for both the International Film Festival (2004)
and again the following year in Men's Health Magazine (2005),
Shaner had gone from working entirely in front of the camera as public performer, broadcaster, actor - to behind it, as avid screenwriter, producer and director. Specifically, Shaner went from acting, theatre and drama classes, training and roles all the way from back since a child in school, church, initially in college and through Class Talent Agency for acting and modeling in Haslett, Michigan.
The an accident struck and Shaner's was extended an opportunity. The time was around September of 2005, and Shaner was just completing a tour of Active Duty for the U.S. Army at Ft. Lee, Virginia and the call came in: a short film near by titled the Fallujah Option (2005)
was in in need of some scriptwriting support for ...

"Be true to your heart.
If it's to write or screenwrite for film, like myself,
and you aren't ready - wait. But, study, train, work like hell, and make sure that when you are ready -
you ENGAGE. - Shane Tisdale (2019)
the logline to sell and present it - as publicist, at the near by showcase in Baltimore titled the Frederick Film Festival. Shaner immediately accepted, and the rest became history.
Since that time back in 2005, and the release of the Fallujah Option, Shaner has gone on to find anyway possible to write, incorporating it into scripting of newfound curriculum, standard operating procedures and rules manuals on the job, to producing small, innate, organizational brochures, newsletters, blogs, and
websites.
Even before retiring, Shaner found a way to lobby for the first ever, press camp operations for the JROTC corps summer
camp, back annually in summer at
Alpena, Michigan; there, Shaner served
as not only site chief but editor in chief of
the daily newsletter circulation and much more, the first ever founded.
Going on to focus on writing left Shaner
wanting more; so, after 2005, Shaner opened up a non-profit back in his home
of Lansing, Michigan titled Camp Tisdale
Community Center, and started to write even more. He returned not only to producing content for a weekly newsletter, but also consulted to do the same, similarly, for the homebase organization titled Michigan Wrestling Club, and even went on to designing the first magazine creation for it along with the same JROTC program Shaner founded.
Further blogging would follow, requisite consulting secured of Shaner to write differently for music and songs, along with poetry, website content, press releases, and finally scriptwriting.
A return back to where it all began - around acting and the entertainment industry, as Shaner started to cross over and back again between this while writing and writing for film in college, it all became finally clear: the destiny was to take all Shaner's previous experience in acting from in front of the camera to behind it, writing to direct and produce.
Another big break and a little luck and Shaner pitched an idea to his local, public broadcaser of AT & T Broadband,
and an upcoming training seminar class
and Shaner earned his next big break: scriptwriter, producer, relinguishng the role of director for the time being. A script treatment, spec. script and production script later, the public
broadcast release of "Lansing's Rising Stars" was producted live - on tape, at the on-site set and production studio in Lansing, Michigan, crediting unofficially Shaner for his producing and writing contributions.
Since his first two breaks, Shaner has done an entire 360 turn around to not just focusing in on scriptwriting, production and direction, but returning back to graduate school once more to make it a lifestyle and future career. Enter Full Sail University, another master's degree but in a master's of fine arts, emphasis on creative writing and Shaner positioned himself to graduate by April 1, 2020 and relocate to his future industry and potentially second home, right near Hollywood in Santa Ana, California.
For those sharing similar desires and and even confusion, early on, Shaner has would have little to say now a days to people beyond this final quote below.
