We'll teach you everything you need to know to beat the girls PLUS THE BOYS, and do in in multiple styles too - Folkstyle, Freestyle (& yes - Greco-Roman!)

No longer do our lady wrestlers have to search the state for greater mat time, experience, applicable work out partners or a true home to call their own. They can still train with their appropriate clubs, schools, &
programs, but also have a place now to call their own too, that specializes in what THEY need/want to know.
